Why did that catch my eye, because I'm always looking for new ways to incorporate nostalgic favorites with hot trends when it comes to cooking and baking. I've had an iphone wine list for 2 years now, so this isn't new to me. But i love that Chris mentions Nostalgic ethnic foods returning. What makes a food nostalgic? And which ethnicities is Chris referring to? The one preparing the food or the one enjoying it?
