Cinnamon Raisin Stuffed French Toast

I know its not the dinner of champions, but it sure tasted good and was quick!! The boys loved it and now are swinging from the rafters from the sugar overload. Wait...this might not have been the best decision for an evening desiring an early bedtime. The fights, the screams, the playing, the yelling...it will all wear off eventually.

Ingredients:
1pkg softened Philly cream cheese
2Tbs Sugar Cinnamon Mix
2 Eggs
8 slices of Cinnamon raisin bread
1Tbs of Butter

In one bowl, Mix 1Tbs of Sugar Cinnamon Mix with cream cheese for the stuffing. Take 1 slice of bread and spread on the filling. Top with a slice of bread. Continue until you have 4 french toast sandwiches. Heat the butter in a skillet on Medium high heat.

In another bowl, beat 2 eggs with 1Tbs of Sugar Cinnamon Mix. Dip one frech toast sandwich into the egg mixture, flip then put into the skillet. Continue until all 4 are in the skillet. Grill on each side for 2 minutes. Serve warm with sliced bananas and warm butter maple syrup.

YUMM!!!
