Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Tacos

One would think with 4 boys, that my slow cooker would get a serious workout on a regular basis. Unfortunately until the weather chills, it rarely sees more than some pork ribs or the occasional taco soup. But recently I had received a bottle of KC Masterpiece Buffalo Marinade as an opt-in member of FoodBuzz. The only requirements of the acquisition was to blog about what I made. So here it is... a WINNER in the house of Chaos, Buffalo Chicken Tacos.

Recipe:
6-8 drum sticks (bone in) or chicken breasts
1 btl of KC Masterpiece Buffalo Marinade
2 btl of water (just enough to cover the chicken)
and a slow cooker with a little S&P

Topping:
Italian shredded cheese blend
Blue Cheese Dressing, chunky
diced tomatoes
tortillas

Put in the cooker for 4-6 hours. Pull the chicken off the bone and serve warm on tortillas with cheese, tomatoes and dressing.

Talk about amazing!! This was prepped on Saturday and made for a great dinner tonight. The left overs will become a Buffalo Chicken salad before I head to bed. 1 C Mayo, 1 C Miracle Whip, 1 ranch seasoning and shredded chicken. Perfect Chicken salad with a little kit!
